> PromoIncent and life at the Château
A specialist in business tourism and event engineering, the PromoIncent agency recently visited Sources de Caudalie, with its charming accommodation and vinotherapy spa in the heart of the Graves vineyards.
A site where events take on an extraordinary dimension, which has really inspired Enrique Mast, Chairman and Managing Director of PromoIncent.
“We recently organised a stay at Sources de Caudalie in the beautiful Bordelais region for one of our customers, an Austrian finance company", clarifies Enrique Mast.
More magic
This vinotherapy centre created in the heart of the prestigious Graves appellation has everything an event organiser could wish for, plus magic.
"The setting is superb and the welcome is both friendly and professional. Vinotherapy is an original idea which fits in well with what we offer our clientele in terms of stays and events. It is a fine experience, to be repeated.”
Founded in 1990, PromoIncent works regularly with German, Italian and Spanish agencies.

> 38th National Congress of Mixed Companies and Local Development Fair
The Bordeaux Congress Centre has everything one could hope for in staging major events. The 38th National Congress of Mixed Companies required close to 4,500 m2 of exhibition space. The 1,500 attendees appreciated the reputation, the high technology and total security of the location.
On 12, 13 and 14 October, the Federation of Mixed Companies (SEM) and the regional associations from Aquitaine and Midi-Pyrénées organised the 38th Annual National Congress of Mixed Companies and the 14th Local Development Fair at the Bordeaux Congress Centre. "A major event", as underlines Bernard Garandeau, Chairman of Arsem Aquitaine.
« Following on from the laws of decentralisation, the SEM represent a tremendous link-up between players from the public and private sectors, in the sense of a true partnership with regional authorities. They have played an active role for many years in local development, all the more as their legal framework guarantees the transparency and safety of their actions. They therefore involve general interest services of an economic nature in which local authorities must take action. The SEM are present on the entire French territory and cover many sectors of activity: planning, property, services, economic development, networks and the environment and also the management of sporting, cultural and tourist facilities, etc. »
SEM serving the general interest
We have welcomed nearly 1,500 attendees to this 38th Annual National Congress, where the main theme was “SEM, the enterprise for local authorities in Europe”. Other major themes were also addressed through various workshops. Over these three days we have proposed technical visits for delegates to appreciate the wealth and numerous attributes of the Bordeaux region in the context of the activities of the local SEM.
Of particular note are InCité and its “Bordeaux Historic Centre” operation and the huge territorial planning project “The Laser Route”. Two prestigious evenings marked Bordeaux’s cultural appeal and its outstanding gastronomic reputation: one on 12 October at the Pavillon du Pin Galant at Mérignac and the other on 13 October at Château Giscours at Margaux. » |
