These new services are timed to coincide with the start of the new school year. Arcachon Conference Center has just launched two new seminar programmes to fit in with the times of the new direct Paris-Arcachon TGV, which takes just 3 and a half hours.
The first, "Dépaysement Express" starts with a train leaving Paris Montparnasse on Monday, Tuesday, or Wednesday at 09.15 and arriving in Arcachon at 12.49. The programme continues with lunch and an afternoon working at the Conference Center , followed by dinner featuring local specialities. On the second day, a morning's work at the conference Center is followed by a buffet lunch. The return train to Paris leaves at 13.22 and arrives at 17.20. The cost is 195 € exclusive of VAT per person, excluding travel expenses (on the basis of 10 participants).
The second package, "Découverte", leaves Paris Montparnasse on the 9.15 TGV on Thursday, returning on Saturday by the 16.02. This offers a few extra hours, either for another working session or for visiting some of the sights around Arcachon Bay . Price of this package: 210 € exclusive of VAT per person , excluding travel expenses (on the basis of 10 participants). Another new service: treatment by a physiotherapist to go home relaxed and learn how to sit in a better position at the office.
The Conference Center also provides free WIFI throughout the working areas.
