Our members

The BGCB is an interface between meeting organisers and local business tourism professionals.
The Convention Bureau informs and advises organisers to find the most appropriate venues and service providers, while helping corporate members to market their premises, accommodation, assistance, etc..
Candidacies for BGCB membership are examined by the board of directors and chosen on the basis of quality. Members commit to doing everything in their power so that the events they are entrusted with are a success.

Promotion

The BGCB is responsible for the efficient and accurate presentation and promotion of the facilities and services provided by its members:

  •  Entry in the BGCB membership directory
  •  Free publication of information in newsletters
  •  Entry on bgcb.com with links to members' sites

Marketing assistance

The BGCB brings business by:

  • Giving members access to exclusive information on events that will have an impact on their business
  • Providing members the opportunity to submit quotes and forwarding all appropriate requests to members whenever their sector of activity is concerned
  • Keeping members regularly informed about commercial possibilities, upcoming events, market trends and opportunities, etc.
  • Offering members the possibility of taking part in promotional activities in France and abroad (sales missions, trade shows, site inspections, etc.)
  • Providing members with a comprehensive suite of materials to use in their sales and marketing activities
  • Sharing lists of contacts made at promotional events.
  • Representing members at influential tradeshows.
