The Interbio week at IECB
250 scientists and entrepreneurs from South-West Europe are expected to attend the Interbio week, which will take place at the Institut Européen de Chimie et Biologie (IECB) on June 26-30 2011.
The IECB, based on the Pessac campus, is one of the founding members of Interbio. This interregional cooperation project, funded by the Interreg IV B Sudoe programme, aims at fostering interdisciplinary research and technology transfer in the field of biotechnologies and life sciences for health.
The Interbio week, which will bring together partners from Bordeaux, Toulouse, Barcelona, Valencia and Lisbon, will be composed of 3 events :
- A scientific conference: Rethinking Targets for Therapeutic Intervention - June 26th-28th
- A technical workshop: Microfluidics, from Single Molecule to Cell Biology - June 29th
- A scientific workshop: The 3rd Bordeaux RNA Club Annual Workshop - June 30th
