Afternoon : Rando Vino between Earth and Estuary in the heart of the Médoc area.
 

This multi-task oenological challenge aims at simulating recruitment for an oenologist in a Great Growth estate. In order to check if your team is the right one for the position, a number of tests and challenges will need to be performed, in the vineyards, in the cellars, during wine tastings and blending sessions.

The different tasks are the following:

- Initiation  to vine growing, and test of the orientation skills in order to get to the first Château;

- Visit and discover the wine making process in a chateau, and everyone will execute a task that is part of the daily work of a cellar master;

- The creation of a varietals blend in a second château, which is part of the work of an oenologist.

At the end, acceptance or refusal of the candidacy based on the rating of each team and a humorous and detailed debriefing.
