The Bordeaux Gironde Convention Bureau has recently gained four new members that will develop the destination’s offers :  Congrès Séminaires Organisation, professional congress organiser (PCO), Gens d’Estuaire a meeting and incentives organiser, and two associated members : AirPlus Hélicoptères and Chaumont Les Fleurs.

Not to mention four new partners who had already joined the Convention Bureau in March: Chateau La Louvière - a Pessac-Leognan great classified growth, Abaque - an audiovisual specialist in the events industry, In Vino Event – producer of the Wine Casino, and the restaurant la Brasserie Bordelaise.

The BGCB’s mission is to promote the local venues and suppliers dedicated to conference and seminars organising in Bordeaux. It has today 73 member companies.

New members:

Château la Louvière, historical monument, is one of the finest estates of the Pessac-Leognan appellation. The park - with its hundred-year-old trees, the vineyard, and the chateau's vaulted reception room with apparent stones provide an exceptional venue and welcoming atmosphere for meetings, cocktail parties, business dinners and VIP receptions.

Founded and based in Bordeaux since 1990, Congrès Séminaires Organisation organises congresses, symposia, seminars, workshops and business meetings. The agency has orchestrated many medical conferences in Bordeaux and other destinations.

Gens d’Estuaire is specialised in incentive activities on the Garonne River. Aboard the barge Sorellina, they offer a selection of boat tours including visits to the Médoc or picnics on the islands of the estuary.

In Vino Event offers a large range of incentive activities such as: Vini Vegas® - the Wine Casino, Wine Making Academy® - the trainee oenologists, Vino Defi® - Wine Olympiads. They also offer wine tours through the vineyards of Bordeaux.

Abaques, an audio-visual specialist, provides services for all the visual aspects of events’ organisation, from planning to technical supplies.

AirPlus Helicoptères, offers exciting panoramic viewing of Bordeaux and the vineyards or VIP transfers from the airport to your hotel.

Chaumont les Fleurs, having been florists for almost a century, can provide professional service tailored to the style of your event.

La Brasserie Bordelaise specialises in country cuisine with traditional recipes of the region based on local produce.
