Lacanau-Océan

Arcachon Bay

A geological curiosity, 155 km² Arcahon Bay is fed by both the ocean and numerous rivers and streams. The bay resembles a lagoon, surrounded by a ribbon of sand culminating in the 104-metre Dune du Pilat.
