Atout France chose Lacoste Traiteur to cater the guests of Rendez Vous en France 2011 in Bordeaux

900 Tour Operators worldwide and 650 french tourism professionals were in Bordeaux on 28 and 29  march as part of the Rendez-vous in France organized by Atout France.
This event highlighted the gastronomy and the French know-how. LACOSTE TRAITEUR, chosen by Atout France for this event, treated several times its international guests.
First, during the “welcome” evening, Place de la Bourse (Bordeaux), in presence of Bordeaux’s mayor, Alain Juppé, in a small-scale reconstruction of the famous Bordeaux Wine Festival (see article below), then during lunch working at the Expositions Parc of Bordeaux.
 

 

 A final celebration on march 29 ended the conference. Prestige evening that praised the gourmet southwest !
There was some 6 local star Chefs, accompanied by a Master Cheese Maker and Joël Dupuch, an oysters expert (and the actor of Guillaume Canet’s last movie, “Les petits mouchoirs”), which answered to the call of LACOSTE TRAITEUR and its President Didier OUDIN. In their ceremonial dress, they subjugated the 1 800 people gathered for the cocktail to the museum of Contemporary art of Bordeaux (CAPC).
